A small unknown Bluish Vetch (Vicia species) with 3/8” (1 cm) long blue to bluish purple flowers hanging from one side of the stem. Pods green at first, then brown (or black?) as they mature. 7/8” (2 cm) long and 1/4” (6 mm) wide. Here on black background. Green, fine pinnate compound leaf, with each of the larger leaflets about 5/8-7/8” (1-1.5 cm) long bristle-tipped, and less than one third as wide. Terminal leaf tendrils that help the plant climb and sprawl onto other plants.
